STUDENT HOUSING - PRIMAVERA 1586

This project is placed inside an important universities cluster in Lima, within walking distance of malls, restaurants and parks.

The location of the terrain is perpendicular to the north and south. In this way, natural lighting is used throughout the year.

The project is arranged by locating the largest number of rooms in the north/south massive volume protecting the back.

At the back, volumes with complementary rooms and common areas with flexible locations are alternated.
